Neusoft Reach and NXP Advance Development of Agentic AI Solution on S32N to Accelerate the AI-Defined Era

Las Vegas, CES,— January 8, 2026 — Neusoft Reach today announced the next milestone in the collaboration with NXP® Semiconductors. Jointly the companies developed a next-generation Agentic AI solution to run on NXP’s S32N7 super-integration processor series, supporting the industry’s transition from Software-Defined Vehicles (SDV) toward AI-Defined Vehicles (AIDV).

The S32N7 is a highly integrated central processor designed for AI-defined vehicle (AIDV), enabling the digitalization and centralization of core vehicle functions to significantly reduce system complexity and cost, while providing a scalable foundation for vehicle-wide AI innovation. NeuSAR OS(AIOS)built on a secure, stable, and open software platform with a comprehensive toolchain, is designed for in-vehicle AI application development. It provides unified abstraction and management of shared resources—including compute, data, and models—delivering system-level support for the rapid development and reliable operation of AI Agents.

The solution integrates NeuSAR OS (AIOS) with the S32N7 architecture to establish an automotive-grade foundation for vehicle-level AI innovation. The evolving system design is intended to provide:
