Vehicle OS
Vehicle Software Platform Built on AUTOSAR Standard
Vehicle OS provides basic software based on AUTOSAR standard, including NeuSAR cCore and NeuSAR aCore, and middleware NeuSAR SF. It delivers a highly safe and reliable software foundation for central computing units and key domain controllers covering ADAS, chassis and powertrain, and body control. By enabling cross-domain collaboration, it empowers OEMs to reduce development costs, improve efficiency, and shorten vehicle development cycles.
Product Introduction
NeuSAR cCore
NeuSAR cCore is built on the AUTOSAR Classic Platform and designed for automotive applications with stringent real-time requirements, including traditional control systems. Based on AUTOSAR R21-11, it enhances multicore deployment, communication performance, memory efficiency, and cybersecurity. It was the one of the first basic software product globally to receive ISO 26262 ASIL-D functional safety certification. Its comprehensive toolchain covers software design, code implementation, and software flashing, improving usability and development efficiency while reducing costs.
NeuSAR aCore
NeuSAR aCore implements the AUTOSAR Adaptive Platform R21-11 with functional safety support. It is one of the first AUTOSAR Adaptive Platform product globally to receive ISO 26262 ASIL-B functional safety certification. With a leading update cadence, extensive mass-production experience, proven product stability, and strong localized engineering support, it also supports customization to OEM specific standards.
NeuSAR SF(Service Framework)
NeuSAR SF provides a vehicle-wide SOA solution and a unified set of API interfaces, encapsulating common automotive software functions and delivering vehicle-level services. It covers foundational capabilities such as health monitoring, networking, and time synchronization, as well as common communication and data services. Supporting software-first development and flexible cross-domain deployment, NeuSAR SF also provides cloud-based simulation, microservices technologies, and a Python development environment for in-vehicle domain controllers. By connecting AI agents with the in-vehicle development ecosystem, it helps shorten development cycles and improve cross-domain collaboration efficiency.
NeuSAR Tool Chain
NeuSAR Tool Chain provides an integrated toolchain for vehicle-level and domain-controller design, development, debugging, and simulation. AI-powered assistance further simplifies development, reduces complexity, and improves engineering efficiency.
Application Scenarios
Vehicle OS is widely deployed in central computing units across next-generation vehicle architectures and key domain controllers, including ADAS, chassis and powertrain, and body control.
Anticipating the transformation of the automotive industry, Reach established our basic software team at its inception. In 2017, Reach joined AUTOSAR as a Premium Member and has consistently delivered advanced, efficient development platforms to automotive software developers, releasing successive versions of NeuSAR 1.0, 2.0, 3.0, and 4.0. In 2024, Reach launched the next-generation NeuSAR OS, a safety-focused software foundation for intelligent vehicles.
