Battery Management System

Neusoft Reach Battery Management System “BMS” is a domestically developed and ASIL-C certified electronic control product, which has been upgraded to the fourth generation. The product is based on the software and hardware separation architecture, and adopts the NeuSAR basic software platform design that conforms to the AUTOSAR standard. It supports LIN, CANFD, Daisy chain and other communication interfaces, and accurately calculates the battery capacity through condition monitoring, abnormal fault protection and other methods to extend the battery life, ensuring that the electric vehicle travel is trouble-free and the freedom of electricity consumption.

Proactive Safety Management Assurance battery status instantly

Via the battery safety diagnosis function and high-performance thermal runaway diagnosis algorithm, ability to identify risks in battery applications in advance. Automatically detect major battery performance parameters (such as voltage, current, and temperature) during use, and proactively alarm and protect, and monitor battery status all day long in real time.

Self-developed big data analysis platform ensures the stable operation of the system

Neusoft Reach has self-developed big data analysis platform, via it analyses the historical data of the battery system, the deterioration of the single cell battery, the accuracy of SOC. Also it carry out abnormal diagnosis and fault warning.
